Prices listed below are for Catering Stations when added to any Luncheon, Brunch, Dinner or Cocktail Menu.  Stations are priced higher when ordered alone, or when the number of guests is less than 12.

 

 

          CARVING STATION   $5.95 Per Person

  • Choice of 1:  Fresh Roasted Turkey  OR  Honey Glazed Honey Ham with Cranberry Compote

  • Chef’s Special Apricot Sauce,   OR   Honey Mustard Sauce. 

  •  Dinner Rolls and Sliced French Baguettes Included
     

          STEAMSHIP ROUND OF BEEF at CARVING STATION (or TOP ROUND)  $7.95 Per Person

  • Choice of 1:  Roasted Top Round of Beef,  Roasted Pork Loin  OR   Steamship Round of Beef (Minimum 60 persons)

  •   Au Jus,  Pesto Sauce,  OR  Horseradish Sauce. 

  •    Sliced French Baguettes and Crusty Dinner Rolls
     

          THE CARVING BOARD   $8.95 Per Person

  • Choice of any 2 meats with Assorted Sauces and Condiments. 
    Tenderloin of Beef,  Grilled Flank Steak, Roasted Loin of Pork Stuffed with Fruit,  Boneless Leg of Lamb,  Turkey Breast. 

  •  Sliced French Baguettes and Crusty Dinner Rolls
     

         TENDERLOIN OF BEEF CARVING STATION   $9.95 Per Person

  • Roasted Whole Tenderloin of Beef, Horseradish Sauce and/or Pesto Sauce,

         PASTA STATION   $5.95 to $8.95 Per Person

  • Choice of Penne Pasta, Fettuccini, Tortellini, Farfalle, or Capellini

  • Choice of Sauces may include:  Marinara,  Tomato Vodka Sauce,  Alfredo Sauce,  Bolognese Sauce,  Primavera, Putanesca Sauce, Olive Oil, Herbs & Sun Dried Tomatoes,  Red or White Clam Sauce, White Wine Sauce

  • Choice of Toppings may include Grilled Chicken,  Shrimp,  Prosciutto,  Sausage,  Ham,  Mushrooms,  Peppers,  Onions,  Mozzarella,  Parmesan Cheese, Peas,  Spinach,  Sun Dried Tomatoes,  Red Roasted Peppers

  • French, Italian and/or Garlic Bread
     

         STIR FRY STATION   $7.95 per person

  • Choice of any 2:   Shrimp, Chicken, Pork or Beef

  •  Assortment of Vegetables including:  Broccoli,  Carrots,  Straw Mushrooms,  Peppers,  Bamboo Shoots,  Water Chestnuts,  Bok Choy,  Onions, Steamed Rice and Fried Rice
     

         TUSCAN TABLE   $8.95 per person

  • Beautiful Display of Genoa Salami, Pepperoni, Imported Provolone, Fresh Mozzarella, Marinated Artichoke Hearts and Mushrooms, Roasted Red Peppers, Hot Peppers, Olives, Mozzarella Roulade, Grapes, Whole Fruits and Vegetables, Crusty Breads & Dipping Oils
     

         Mashed Potato Bar   $4.95 per person

  • Creamy Mashed Potatoes with assorted toppings including: Bacon Bits, Sausage, Chopped Ham, Julienne Vegetables, Gravy, Shredded Cheddar, Parmesan, Mozzarella, Sour Cream, Chives, Tomatoes, Peppers and Onions.

         SUSHI STATION   priced according to selection

  • Maki Sushi including California Rolls, Spicy Tuna Rolls, Yellowtail Rolls, Oshinko Radish, Eel Rolls, Kuppi Cucumber Rolls

  • Nigiri Sushi including Salmon, Smoked Salmon, Tuna, Shrimp, Scallop, King Crab, White Fish, and Salmon Roe  with appropriate sauces and garnish.      

  •  Sushi Chef available on request.
     

           SEAFOOD STATION   $9.95 per person

  • Little Neck Clams and Oysters on the Half Shell,  Steamed Mussels Vinaigrette and Large Shrimp
    with Lemons, Cocktail Sauce and Garnish

  • Deluxe Seafood Station also available with Snow Crab Claws,  Jumbo Shrimp,  Seviche,  King Crab Legs and/or  Lobster (per market price)
     

        CAVIAR STATION     based on caviar selection and market prices

  • Choice of Beluga,  Osetra,  Sevruga, American Sturgeon, Keta, or Tobbiko Caviar 

  • Accoutrements including:  Blinis, Potato Latkes, Toast Points,  New Potatoes, Hard Cooked Egg Whites, Egg Yolks, Red Onions, Parsley, Crème Fraiche, Sour Cream.

  •  May be complimented with a VODKA STATION or  MARTINI BAR
     

         CREPE STATION   $4.95 to 7.95 Per Person

  • Sweet Crepes with Assorted Fillings including: Strawberries, Raspberries and Blueberries (seasonal),
    Apples and Walnuts,  Whipped Cream,  Kahlua Whipped Cream,  Grand Marnier Whipped Cream OR

  • Savory Crepes with Assorted Fillings including: Shrimp,  Scallops,  Crabmeat,  Creamy Tarragon Chicken,  Mushroom and Onions,  Spinach and Gruyere Cheese,  Broccoli and Cheddar,  Grilled Chicken & Peppers
     

         OMELET STATION   $5.95 Per Person( Chef Required)

  • Omelet Station with Assorted Toppings including: Peppers, Onions, Cheddar, Swiss, Feta, Mushrooms,

         FONDUE STATION   $4.95 to $6.95 Per Person

  • Chocolate Fondue with Cubed Pound Cake, Fresh Strawberries, Grapes, Melon, and Fresh Pineapple
    OR  Traditional Cheese Fondue with French Bread Squares
          OR Skewered Beef Fondue with Assorted Dipping Sauces and Sliced Baguettes
